AD REIMBURSEMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAST MEMBERS OF FOOTLOOSE

Want to recoup $100 of your production fee then sell an ad for the program. Follow the

guidelines below, and you’ll receive a $100 refund.

 

All ads are approximately the size of a business-card size and are $100/ad.

 

For you to receive a refund, you must turn in:

 

1. the check for the ad
2. the completed ad form
3. and the ready-to-use copy/design

 

All this must be in Lori Grillo’s hands no later than end of rehearsal on 7/21/2011.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Actual ad must be emailed to Lori@TheTwilightTheatre.com and must be in .pdf or

.jpg format, ready to copy and paste.
